All of your packages processed by parcelmate can be found in your account. Order number indicates your tracking number.


Please allow 2-3 working days for warehouse to handle the parcels. Your parcel should be notified by email. Or Please contact our customer service team via Email. support@parcelmate.co.nz for additional questions.


The shipping rate for each parcel is calculated at mail out and is dependent on the destination, carrier selected, weight of the package, dimensions of the box and declared value. You can use our Shipping Calculator to estimate shipping rates based on these criteria. 


Yes, Please make sure the ticket is prepaid. Go to Expected package in your account, enter your own shipping label text under "Tracking No." text box. We will match the number automatically when warehouse received.


No, unfortunately Parcelmate does not allowed to ship to another forwarder because it seems like fraudulent activity. In order to protect against fraud and illegal activity, Parcelmate strictly prohibits the shipment of packages to other forwarders.


Make sure you know the store’s return policy. This is addtional services you may contact our customer support to doing this support@parcelmate.co.nz. There will be an extra handling fees $5 Plus you may responsible for the return postage. 


You will need to provide information before ship to our warehosue: the product photos, quantity, name more details to our customer team to make sure they meet Criteria to ship and they may under different quotations. Contact email: support@parcelmate.co.nz


For standard electronics products there will be extra handling fees charged $10 or $40 (>20pcs) per shipment


After completing your purchase with chosen retailer, you will be emailed a tracking number. This is the same tracking number that will be used on your Parcelmate account.

All packages processed by Parcelmate can be found in within your account. The Order number listed is also your tracking number.

Please allow 2-3 working days from parcel arrival for our warehouse team to identify and enter the parcels into your account. You will receive tracking notifications by email. However, If you’re unsure, or haven’t received tracking updates, please first check your junk email folder, if still nothing then you may contact our customer service team on support@parcelmate.co.nz.

We have a free shipping calculator on our website that you can use to estimate your shipping rates based on the above factors.

Unfortunately, no.  Our shipping rates calculator is based off the latest and most accurate rates we provide.

You may use your own shipping label or a personal shipper account. 

To do this, first make sure your ticket is prepaid, go to ‘Expected Packages’ in your account enter your shipping label text under the “Tracking number field”. We will automatically match the number when the parcel arrives at the China warehouse.

To protect against fraud and illegal activity, Parcelmate strictly prohibits the shipment of packages to other forwarders.

To return items back to the retailer or supplier you must know their return policy. We suggest you conduct some due diligence on this before purchasing items.  

We can offer additional return services if you wish to do so, please if you require support, contact our customer support team on support@parcelmate.co.nz. There will be an additional handling fee of $5.00 NZD and you may be responsible for the return postage fees.

To ship goods considered and categorised as dangerous, you will be required to provide further information to our customer support team at support@parcelmate.co.nz. Before shipping to our warehouse, you must provide the information stated below, this includes:

· Product photos 

· Quantity 

· Product name / Description 

By providing this we can make sure they meet criteria to ship, however, these may incur different quotations than shipping standard items. 

For standard electronic products there will be extra handling fee of $10-$40 NZD for orders greater than 20pcs per shipment.
