No, there is no sign-up fee, and no credit card required at sign up. We offer a Free Account to any business and individual 



Immediately after completion of signup and email verification. Simply use your new parcelmate address when checking out at any online retailer and send your first package our way


You will be given a unique ID number, which can be used in any of our warehouses.

With a Free Account, your default address is our CHINA warehouse which offers 30 day package storage duration. You may also ship to our warehouse in NEW ZEALAND which offers 15 days storage .

If you have a question about using your parcelmate address on a retailer's site, please contact us on line through your parcelmate account and our staff will be happy to assist you.



After you purchased from supplier or retailer, they will provide you a courier tracking number then you can put it on your parcelmate account under expected parcels. You can trace the parcel status once it received by warehouse. 

You will need a Parcelmate membership to access your personalised warehouse address. This is for use with your chosen retail site partner. Once you have utilised the personalised warehouse address and your goods are in Parcelmate’s Foshan, China warehouse, your membership access will enable you to track and manage your items and shipments through to delivery in NZ.

Creating an account is free for individuals and businesses. There is no recurring membership fee to have an account with Parcelmate. 

Registration is simple and takes just a few minutes. After creating your account, we will send an email verification to the address used to sign up.

Once verified, you can begin using the Parcelmate service.  Simply use your new Parcelmate address when enquiring about product or checking out at your chosen online retailer. 

When purchasing goods from China, you need to enter your new personalised Parcelmate address. You will find this in the account section of the website – once you have logged in. Your Personalised address is our CHINA warehouse which offers 30 days of storage. This is helpful when consolidating multiple purchases for a single shipment, from different retailers.

To use Parcelmate's shipping address you need to follow the retailer's checkout procedure.

Simply, copy and insert your personalised Parcelmate Address into the appropriate fields on the retailer's website.

A typical retailer's checkout field may look similar to the reference below.

You can ship to Parcelmate's warehouse using any supplier or retailer. During the checkout process, you must enter your new personalised Parcelmate address into the designated fields. 

Once purchased from supplier you can enter the tracking number into your Parcelmate account to track the status of your parcel.
