Using your Pacelmate Address at Checkout
With your personalized Parcelmate address ready, you're all set to start shopping: Select from our trusted retail partners or pick your own store. Browse and choose the items you want to purchase. Discuss details like product options, price, and quantity. Make your final decision and complete the purchase. Share your personalized Parcelmate address with the retailer. Enter the tracking number on the Parcelmate website to monitor your order.
Getting your order Shipped
After completing your purchase, follow these steps to prepare your shipment to New Zealand: Access your account and go to the "Process Packages" section. Start by adding a new package. Input your tracking number and package details. Declare the contents Stay updated on your shipment status and wait for it to arrive.
