There are several ways to make payment:

By Paypal,online bank transfer, We chat, Alipay and Credit card. 

There may be surcharged of 4% applied for credit card payment.


We do not accept cash payments, not even for local pickup.


Please allow 2-3 business days for our staff to process your refund request. Once it has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Account Transfer — Refunds can take up to 5-7 days after Parcelmate has finished processing them to show in your bank account.

Credit Card — Refunds can take two to three weeks after  Parcelmate has finished processing them to show in your bank account.

PayPal — Refunds can take up to two weeks after Parcelmate has finished processing them to show in your PayPal account.
